Keith Gary Sandbloom
Prior to joining FINCA, Keith specialized in serving small and medium sized (SME) business clients and non-profit institutions working for Citibank in multiple international assignments and also with SunTrust Bank in Washington DC.
Mr. Sandbloom holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington DC and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State University.

Mr. Denis has worked in corporate America for 5 years before returning to his native country to share and enhance his experience in this challenging environment. Mr. Denis has been an influential team member in introducing new technologies to Haiti since 1999. He holds a BS from the SUNY Institute of Technology and a MBA from Pace University in New York.
Ms. Kuno also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Chile and Honduras. She holds a Master’s Degree in international economics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ms. Brom received her BA from Wellesley College and her MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. She speaks English, French (advanced) and Spanish (basic).

The Kaizen Center is a social enterprise that aims to help institutions assume responsibility for equity and inclusion. Ms. Millien and her team provide technical assistance to their clients using tools and methods that are adapted to their specific context. By doing so, they support their clients in fulfilling their commitment to promote equity and inclusion.
Ms. Millien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from ESIH-Haiti, as well as a Master’s degree in Project Management from Université Quisqueya-Haiti and a Master’s degree in Project Evaluation from Université de Rennes 1-France.

Hamidine Bako is an international expert in microfinance management, network creation and development. He has 14 years of professional experience in microfinance and program management. Hamidine was the Chief Officer of Operations at FINCA RD Congo. He was Chief Officer of Operations at FINCA Uganda. He was also Deputy Chief Officer of Operations at FINCA RD Congo. He previously held the position of Director of Operations at Microcred Nigeria.

Pierre Wiener is an experienced Banking & Insurance Executive with over 26 years of experience who joined FINCA Haiti in 2022. A consummate thought leader, he is highly adept at commercial strategies, corporate transformation, business growth, and business optimization. He is equally analytics as he is a visionary with multi-pronged customer and business growth strategies.
As a Senior Executive, Pierre Wiener has led his teams to consistently provide organizational excellence through the management of multimillion dollars client portfolio. In his 26-year career, Pierre Wiener has spearheaded successful business turnarounds, increased clients’ profits by refocusing resources on top-performing products, expanding access to targeted financial tools, and devising revolutionary corporate strategies.
He has consistently delivered outstanding leadership with reputable Haitian financial institutions. He has done so with through the application of entrepreneurial passion for the integrity of organizational targets, personalized client relationships, insightful team engagement, and his engaging communication skills.

Steeve PIERRE LOUIS
Steeve Pierre Louis joined FINCA HAITI S.A. in 2011 as Branch Manager, he was then promoted to Product Manager, Deputy COO before holding the Chief Commercial Officer he holds since September 2018. Steeve held various positions in Microfinance and Banking institutions in Haiti. His key areas of expertise are product and portfolio management.
Mr. Pierre Louis holds a Bachelor of Science In Economics from Quisqueya University in Haiti. He fluently speaks English, French and Haitian Creole.

Wolf Emmanuel joined FINCA Haïti in 2010 as the Deputy IT Manager before becoming the Project Manager for FINCA 2.0, FINCA’s digitalization initiative. In the latter position, he successfully piloted strategic transformational projects related to electronic wallet, Digital Field Automation, centralized credit underwriting, credit scoring, digital savings and credit, Customer Relationship Management, and process workflow systems to enable growth and efficiency.
He holds a master’s degree in computer science from one of the most prestigious computer schools in Haiti and has 14 years of experience in this field. He is passionate about the technical side of digital initiatives but also the planning, budgeting, documentation of procedures, risk management, auditing and tracking of their benefits and impact until proven to be customer centric and profitable.
Wolf is also experienced in credit origination and credit risk assessment, micro lending, and small enterprise lending, both rural & agriculture lending, as well as Deposits.
